Donna Douglas Vegetable Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1 10-oz package of frozen chopped spinach
1 package Knorr’s vegetable soup
1 8-oz container of sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
Directions: Mix all ingredients together and let stand several hours in the refrigerator. Serve with chips or raw veggies.
Prep time: 15 min.
Servings: 12-15
